It will be a night of science served straight up with spirit tastings from a number of local distilleries. Learn about the inner-workings of distilling, including the proprietary wild yeast-strain used by Chambers Bay Distillery.
Join us on October 6th at Seattle Weekly's 8th annual Voracious Tasting & Food Awards. We'll be pouring Ghost Dog Whiskey cocktails, and there will be lots of great food to sample.
