Chambers Bay Madeira Cask Finish Bourbon is made with the highest quality sweet yellow corn and soft white wheat from Grant County, WA and our proprietary wild yeast strain which is harvested from a local apple orchard. Harnessing the power of the sea, this bourbon is aged in one of our floating boathouses on Puget Sound. The wave and tidal movement expedite the aging process by increasing the interaction of the spirit and the wood inside our heavily charred new American Oak barrels. This bourbon is finished in French Oak ex-Madeira casks.
