After more than four years developing rich caramel and honeyed grain character, Chambers Bay Madeira Cask Finished Bourbon spends up to six months in carefully selected Madeira wine casks. The result is a uniquely layered whiskey that brings together Pacific Northwest craftsmanship with one of the world's classic fortified wines.
Our Madeira Cask Finish Bourbon is aged in charred new American oak for 4+ years, then finished in a Madeira Wine Cask for up to 6 months.
