Most bourbons finish their journey in new American oak. Ours takes one step further. After more than four years developing rich caramel and honeyed grain character, Chambers Bay Madeira Cask Finished Bourbon spends up to six months in carefully selected Madeira wine casks. The result is a uniquely layered whiskey that brings together Pacific Northwest craftsmanship with one of the world's classic fortified wines.

After aging 4.5 years in charred new American oak, batch #1 was finished for 6 months in a an ex-Madeira cask.
