Crafting Whiskey in the South Sound

Chambers Bay Distillery was founded in 2012 by longtime friends Jeff Robinette and Alan Davis, who shared a passion for bourbon, craftsmanship, and the idea of building something distinctive in the South Sound. Born and raised in Lakewood and friends for more than 30 years, Jeff and Alan took different career paths before bringing their complementary skills together to create spirits with a true sense of place.

What began as a curiosity about great whiskey grew into a hands-on pursuit of small-batch spirits rooted in patience, experimentation, and local character. Since beginning production in 2014, Chambers Bay Distillery has continued to refine its craft and share its spirits with customers who appreciate quality, authenticity, and a story behind every bottle.
