New Flagship Tasting room

Now open in the heart of University Place

Over a year in the making, Chambers Bay Distillery’s new tasting room at University Place Town Center is officially open. We’re serving craft cocktails and tasty bites in a warm, mixed‑seating space featuring bar seats, tables, and couches.

Our cocktail menu—created by local mixologist Rose Peterson (New Frontier Lounge)—leans into timeless classics: Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Whiskey Sour, Vodka or Gin Martini, and the ever‑popular Espresso Martini.

Former Asado chef Hudson Slater helped shape our food menu, which includes flatbread pizzas, a charcuterie board, and baked brie. We refresh our menus monthly with new specials.

Neat whiskey orders include full whiskey service: pebble ice with tongs and water served via pipette, giving you the chance to explore our spirits at different proofs.

We’re excited to welcome everyone into the new tasting room—longtime supporters and first‑time visitors alike. If you’re new to Chambers Bay Distillery, our whiskey flight is the perfect way to start your visit and discover your favorite expression.

Town-Center Tasting Room Hours


 
 

Parking

Parking is available at the south end of our tasting room. Additional parking is available around the corner underneath the tasting room - public parking spots are available to the right as you pull in near the elevator. Back-in street parking spots are available on both sides of Bridgeport Way W. Across Bridgeport Way there are multiple parking spots and a free covered garage — the crosswalk will take you right to our door.
