Over a year in the works, Chambers Bay Distillery’s new tasting room at University Place Town Center is now open. We’re serving up craft cocktails and tasty bites Wednesday – Sunday (link to location and hours) in a mixed-seating environment of bar seats, tables, and couches, with seats for 60 people.
Created by local mixologist Rose Peterson (New Frontier Lounge), the craft cocktail menu is highlighted by classics such as an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Whiskey Sour and Vodka Martini (link to full menu). Chef Hudson Slater created the food menu which features flat bread pizzas such as Prosciutto & Pepperoni and the Cubano, as well as a charcuterie board and baked brie. Neat whiskies include Whiskey Service – pebble ice and water to try the whiskey at different proofs.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the new tasting room – both existing customers and those hearing about us for the first time. If you are new to Chambers Bay Distillery, the whiskey flight is a great way to start your visit to find out which one is your favorite.
